Why is using a broker becoming so popular?
A large portion of our client base has come from referrals, our existing clients who have had the experience of using our services and recommended us to friends and family. A lot of the time the first question we get is ‘What do you actually do for me?’ and it’s a very good question!
Using a broker to source a car is becoming popular for a number of reasons and something I believe that once you do it the first time you will be back time and time again! But the question is why!? And is it for everyone?
We all like to feel like we have had the best deal…and with so much on offer across markets – whatever the sector – it can be quite time consuming and often can feel quite stressful. A lot of people also don’t always know exactly what they want which can only make it more confusing to navigate!
When it comes to vehicles a lot of people will follow a very traditional route and take themselves to a local dealer where they will look, typically, at one brand and be sold a car from that particular dealer. But is that what they really want? It is very easy to get led down a path on a car that maybe you hadn’t considered before, but it just happens to be the one that is available there and then. Now don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with this…if the car is meeting the customers’ needs, they like the car and they are getting a deal on a stock car for example, it can work out cheaper. But what if, like a lot of people have come across, the dealer experience isn’t up to scratch? Or you don’t have time to go into dealers looking for the right car or deal?
